Healthcare providers and professionals often struggle to find time to boost their moods, energy, and health through body movement.

This in-person event is hosted by Marion-Polk County Medical Society, Dr. Erin Hurley, physician and wellness and performance coach with Transformational Doc, Rod Stanley, a distinguished health and fitness professional, and the visionary behind Ritual Health and Fitness, and Chris Olmstead, a highly sought-after Personal Training Professional and owner of Success Fitness.

This event focuses on dynamic movement and holistic wellness activities led by Erin, Rod, and Chris.

The event will be broken into two 90-minute sessions with a 30 minute break. Each session will be different, you can attend one or both sessions.

Erin is a Physician and Certified High Performance Coach who has held leadership positions throughout her medical career. She is a board member of the Marion-Polk County Medical Society and on the Executive Committee of the Oregon Wellness Program. She is a regular contributing writer for the Wellness Article for quarterly publication Chart Notes.

Erin regularly leads breakthrough wellness workshops, retreats, and coaching programs for Physicians, healthcare providers, and professionals to help them create and maintain balance, enhance their health, happiness, and performance, and thrive personally and professionally.

Rod Stanley

Rod's approach to fitness is both transformative and deeply personal. Rooted in education, accountability, and a profound understanding of each client's unique needs, Rod's clients have not only reshaped their bodies but also embraced a lifestyle characterized by health and vitality. Rod's training transcends the gym – it serves as a catalyst for a better, fuller life.

Chris Olmstead

As a highly sought-after Personal Training Professional in Salem, Chris has been in the fitness industry since 2002, and has been a personal trainer since 2005. In 2011 Chris decided that he wanted to open his own gym focused more on his members – providing them with the best training and fitness experience while catering to their personal goals through a comfortable and friendly environment.

Chris' expertise includes personal coaching, sport specific training, fitness coaching and nutritional guidelines if needed.
