One Day Pass Saturday, April 29, 2023, registration and breakfast begin at 7:30, morning movement session at 8:00 am, lunch break around noon, dinner around 5:30 pm. Stay to enjoy the evening events, connect with attendees and facilitators, and relax before heading home. (There are 2 hot tubs and a sauna shower on site for all to use.) All meals are included from breakfast to dinner.

Erin Hurley, MD | Retreat Host
Erin Hurley, MD is a Physician, Certified High-Performance Coach, and Full Focus Planner Certified Pro. She has held leadership positions throughout her career. Erin is dedicated to improving the wellness of medical providers through her workshops, retreats, and coaching. She also impacts clinician wellness through her service on the board of the Marion-Polk County Medical Society and the Executive Committee for the Oregon Wellness Program.
Joanne Sotelo, MD
Joanne is a Certified High-Performance Coach, Certified Life School Coach, and practicing psychiatrist from Austin, Texas. Joanne has a mission of bringing mental health awareness and prevention, especially for female physicians and coaching has been a beautiful gift for herself to promote health-seeking behaviors
Tanie Hotan, MD
Tanie is a board certified family physician and a member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. She is the founder of Tanie Hotan Dance, LLC a dance entertainment and well-being service company. She is also a decorated Latin International Pro-Am champion, winning the Ohio Star Ball Dancesport Competition in 2022.
Diane Luzny
Diane created The Evolution of Sleep and its signature course, The Biology of Sleep, because of her personal and professional experience. She knows how difficult it is to find time to sleep. To break that exhausting cycle, the best strategy is to have an action plan centered on the most impactful steps taught and executed in the most time-effective manner. She is proof that it works.
Chantal Barton
E-RYT 500
Chantal found yoga and with it came a deep desire to connect with herself and others in a more thoughtful, heart-guided way. She became certified in 2014 as a 200 RYT and in 2019 trained further with Yoga Bhoga to become a 500 E-RYT in 2019. Her education includes a focus on trauma informed yoga. She loves bringing rhythm & stillness into her light-hearted classes that are influenced by this ancient practice.
Sherry Richert Belul
Sherry is the founder of Simply Celebrate. She is a writer, gift maker, and happiness coach. She is the author of Say it Now: 33 Creative Ways to Say I Love You to the Most Important People in Your Life and co-founder of The Secret Agents of Change. Her work has been featured in the New York Times, Town + Country, and The Wall Street Journal.
Jennifer Way
Jen is passionate about teaching simple, effective techniques to relieve neck and back pain permanently. She is a massage therapist, personal trainer and pain-free movement specialist who creates holistic, virtual coaching programs that help her worldwide clients regain mobility & quality of life. She offers coaching programs with video-based training and personalized coaching for both Neck and Back Pain Relief, as well as nutrition, wellness, and fitness coaching
Tony Burdick
Professor of Accounting at Aquinas College in Grand Rapids, MI. His teaching specialty is communication skills for Accounting students, including writing for the profession and public speaking. Playing original piano music has been his passionate hobby for over 40 years.
Mary Meador, MD
Mary is a Board Certified Family Physician with a practice limited to mental and behavioral health. Since 2002, she has worked with patients in private practice, as well as written and taught about the role that our relationships, the mind, and the brain all play in our well-being.

Cheryl Reeves, Chef
Chef Cheryl is a restaurant owner and has been an advocate for healthy childhood nutrition. She has been in the culinary industry since her teens and taught collegiate-level culinary classes. Cheryl loves how food brings people together. She will prepare healthy meals and create a menu that accounts for attendees' food preferences and allergies.
Hazel Ramsbotham
Born and raised in Texas, Hazel is 93 and as physically fit and adventurous as always! Her secret to maintaining her youthful energy and health is in her "Healthy Hazel’s" daily routine, which she will be sharing at the retreat along with her techniques for remaining joyful despite adversity. She is a retired music teacher, clinician, speaker and has judged performances all over the United States as well as in Brazil, Austria, Australia and Norway.
Marilyn Dollar
Marilyn has earned her 3rd year of certification for High-Performance Business Coaching and recently became certified in the Neuroscience of the Woman’s Brain. One of her superpowers Mis creating the connective tissue between teams. She is especially effective at embedding new ways of working and leading change.

Rooms will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
We will have two roomy, upscale homes next door to each other in the Roads End neighborhood of Lincoln City, Oregon, a few minutes walk to the beach. We toggle activities between the two homes.
Serenity Home is a 5 bedroom home where most of the group presentations, small group break out sessions, and where the meals are prepped and served.
Castle by the Sea Home is a 4 bedroom home where we do our movement activity such as group dance lessons, and some of our sessions like soap making.
Comfortable clothing- this is an intimate casual setting for settling in and tending to yourself, not a formal business meeting. Athleisure wear and jeans have been common attire at prior retreats.
Bring layers, and consider bringing your favorite slippers, blanket, and pillow. For getting out in nature, a waterproof/warm jacket and good walking shoes or boots to keep you warm and dry for outdoor walks.

A total of 9 onsite rooms are available, single and double occupancy.
Serenity Home has 5 spacious bedrooms: a king bed room, 2 rooms with with 2 queen beds, and one bunk room with 2 twin upper bunks over lower full sized beds. All rooms have a private bathroom. Unless requested, only 2 occupants per room.
Castle by the Sea has 4 spacious bedrooms including 2 king bed rooms with private bathrooms, one even has a sauna shower! Two additional rooms with 2 queen beds each, the queen rooms share a bathroom.
Public spaces in the homes are used for the event.
Both homes have: Hot tubs and fire pits for your use during your stay and strong Wifi in case you have to get work done or attend a virtual meeting.
We have an onsite chef who will prepare healthy and delicious meals, focusing on organic and plant based with healthy meat choices.
Friday evening appetizers and drinks, breakfast, lunch and dinner Saturday, and breakfast and lunch on Sunday, plus drinks and snacks throughout the event.
Our onsite chef can accommodate any food allergies or special requests, a special needs questionnaire will be available for each attendee to complete. No alcohol is provided at the event but it can be brought by attendees if desired. We have refrigerators at both homes.
This is a women only retreat with a focus on women in healthcare careers.
What about family members? You can secure nearby lodging for you and/or your family if that is your preference. There will be free time during the evenings, Friday and Saturday. Start times are 9:30 am and we end around 6:00 pm with a lunch break onsite for all attendees. Lincoln City is beautiful year round with much to do for visitors. There are many nearby Airbnb homes and hotels to choose from. Contact Erin at [email protected] if you prefer to stay offsite for a discounted rate.
The Restore & Rejuvenate Retreats offer an opportunity for you to learn and grow while allowing time to decompress and recharge. The pace is calm with adequate reflection and down time.

We will provide a platform for attendees to connect prior to and after the event.
Each attendee will receive a wellness gift bag to begin and continue their self-care journey.
After the event, we will foster a sense of community through ongoing virtual meetings hosted by the retreat facilitators for 6 months following the event.
